It's Sentosa, again!

Here are photos from last year's Sentosa Reunion, which was held on 2nd May! This year's will be one day before that. :D

Okay good morning everyone I'm here to remind you that:


Knights' Annual Sentosa Reunion is next Saturday!!!


It's on Labour Day, it's a holiday, everyone should be free, we are meeting at 9:30 am at Harbourfront MRT control station!


There will be picnic food, volleyball, picnic mats, flyers for stunting, sunblock, and TWISTER (I hope) available. Anything else you want to bring/provide, please do!


The 4th Gen ex-co revelation will be over at Sentosa too! Again, ALL Knights are invited, including 1st & 2nd generation Knights. You will have fun getting to know the TWENTY-TWO Knightlets. :)


[Correction] It's TWENTY-ONE Knightlets! But still! :D :D

Important notifications

Hi all!

1. Please take note that Sentosa outing has been postponed to 1st May, Labour Day. However, due to Gerald Lai's enlistment, it may also be pushed forward to 24th April, which is supposedly the day of our IP Open House performance which was cancelled. Will confirm date by next week :)

2. There will be training on the 17th April, Sat from 9-12 for the people of Canon workshop to prac their photo-taking skills. We'll be conducting trng as per usual but those who have something on that day are excused. Will update u all on attire again! Meanwhile, be prepare to pose up ;)

#1 - SENTOSA TRIP!!!


Yes yes yes it's the longgg-awaited great Sentosa family outing for ALL Knights, young or old, short or tall, expired or not. 


Date: 1st May 2010, Saturday
Time: 10 am - 12 am


Wear whatever you like, bring anything you need (clothes, sunscreen etc. not boy/girlfriends) and for those who are meeting in the morning, please be punctual!!! Time will be confirmed again, soon. :D


It's a must-come Knights event that only happens annually! So, come.


The J2s will be preparing picnic food for everyone; those aspiring chefs out there, if you have any food contribution we will be very very grateful to you! So just help us out okay, make this event a mega success (with edible food)!  *\^.^/*

1st Singapore National Cheerleading Championship

We might not have won any titles; but we sure hell have gained alot from this period.

Inter&Intra-generation bonding.

Eye-opener on real Cheerleading for juniors.

The experience of performing and competing.

Learning to fight for our stunts.

Learning to learn from our mistakes.

Learning to be focused and spontaneous.

Being there for each other.

Being a Family.

To the juniors, this is not the end of the journey. Instead, this competition is kind of like the gunshot of a race, marking the start of your cheer career.

To the seniors, this is not the last performance. Let us continue giving ourselves to Knights, till the very end.

I've said before, treat your competitors as an inspiration, not as enemies. Be humble and learn from them. Here are some videos of amazing performances put up on the day of the Championship. Observe their fighting spirit and passion and learn from them.

Hello Knights!

As Carmen had said in the previous post, our poor captain Perle Maria Hong has suffered terribly under the hands of all you merciless bases who grip her on stunts like vices and this is the result:

Ouch TTM right! Wrong techniques okay, wrong techniques!


Anyway let's have more team meals together yes? Let's not go eat ban mian anymore okay you guys should learn to be nice to your dear senior, ME! and eat slower next time round.  (Y)

OMG HELLO EVERYONE!!!

HELLO EVERYBODY omgoodness I'm so eggcited because this is my virgin post hahahah I have no idea how to post here and I hope Capt Hong doesn't kill me from nonsensing here! How was banmian today everyone (who went for team lunch)!

Anyway, I wanna say KNIGHTLETS YALL' ARE REALLY AWESOMEPOSSUMLY DARING SPIRITED PASSIONATE AND I WANNA HUG YOU GUYS BIG TIME BECAUSE YALL' MAKE NICE BIG COMFY SQUISHY FAMILY AND THAT WE SHOULD KEEP GOING FOR LUNCHES/DINNERS SO WE CAN EAT AND LAUGH OFF THE CALORIES AT THE SAME TIME. 'L' FOR LOVE (L)

B-T-W Monday is Ribbons-In-Your-Hair Day! Senior girls are wearing red and blue ribbons in their hair (if we don't forget, that is) knightlets! If you girls have ribbons hahahha just wear kay (Y) Then everyone in school will be like, 'Whoa look at those (soon-to-be) toned girls with super gorgeous ribbons in their mega awesome hair! Those are cheerleaders (insert envy envy envy a lot of envy, thankyouverymuch)'

Knights and Knightlets. What I am going to say next is veh veh veh important okay. We shall and must obey the below:

1) We will go for family lunch/dinner at least twice a month and at least 3/4 of the family will be present (not out of obligation but because we're just too cool to resist going out with (Y))

2) We will go for frequent froyo outings to bond

3) We will study hard and do our tutorials so we'll be super brainy and buff/toned cheerleaders (all rounders all rounders yaye yaye)

4) We will be responsible people and STOP COMING IN LATE FOR TRAINING SO WE CAN ACTUALLY CLEAR OUR BACKLOG OF HALF-SQUATS (even though it was kinda fun singing Hey Mickey and dancing to it but NO)

5) We will be safe people and catch our flyers oh-so-tightly SO WE CAN ALSO CLEAR OUR BACKLOG OF PUSHUPS.

6) We will do the 'Feel Good' cheer after PT because WE FEEL GOOD OH WE FEEL SO GOOD~~~~~ oh yeahhhhhhh

7) We will respect our family members AND ACTUALLY HELP THEM WHEN THEY GET PINNED DOWN BY BURLY BOYS WHO ARE TRYING TO TIE HER SHOELACES TOGETHER AND NOT SIT THERE AND LAUGH AT THE VICTIM AND LEAVE HER TO DIE

8) We will be nice to Puay Ying and Carmen because we bring so much joy to your lives *wink

Alright lovely Knights and Knightlets, I love yall much much and
Hahahahhahahahahha I just had to put Capt Hong's picture here cause she veh poor thing. Our poor abused maid has so many bruises D: Our lovely Puay Ying will show you why in due time. Knights+Knightlets! Bear in mind that bruises are NOT trophies of glory (even though it looks as if we trained mega hard), it just means that our technique is ultra wrong okay!
