Acceptable Reasons
1. Medical Certificate
2. Parent’s Letter
3. Official College Activities
4. 2nd CCA Trainings
5. Tuition (You MUST inform any EXCO member(s) before hand)
6. Emergencies (Dealt with on case by case basis - Inform EXCO)
Unacceptable Reasons
1. Church/ outside activities meetings
2. Overstretched muscles
3. Unofficial supporters for match support
4. Project meetings
5. Unable to finish homework
