okay. this is just a update for the xmas party.
you're supposed to wear 60% either red or green on that day. except for shaun who cant wear green cos he's always wearing green for training. (:
and shaun says we're not supposed to buy sweets or chocolates as presents and they have to be budgeted at 10$ but still be creative. i'll be messaging the seniors who're you're supposed to buy presents for once i get the contact list.
and you're not supposed to let anybody know you're the secret santa until the day itself.

5. Tuition (You MUST inform any EXCO member(s) before hand)
6. Emergencies (Dealt with on case by case basis - Inform EXCO)
Unacceptable Reasons

2. Overstretched muscles
3. Unofficial supporters for match support
4. Project meetings
5. Unable to finish homework
