Hello there! Woohoo hope you guys are enjoying your holidays! Please don't forget about D.I.E@home kay? We've got to tone up our bodies and get them physically ready for the new season! We should aim to be (quoting from Samuel) kickass! Yup so while we're busy (I assume) studying (though i doubt everyone is lol), please don't forget about daily stretchings and D.I.E on alternate days as well as OTOT running. But yah, don't forget about studies also lah hahah must balance.
