5 more days, 3 more trainings.

HELLO EVERYONE! I bet everyone is suffering from muscle aches right. Yeah okay nonsense aside lets be serious here. As you all know, fri's the sea carnival performance alr then sat will be the tampines mall performance AND WED IS CCA WALKABOUT.

We seriously seriously need to buck up like alot alot! Must have the urge to impress, otherwise its no more knights alr ): So like a few pointers to note k:

1. CARTWHEEL! I keep repeating this, must go and practice, esp during breaks.
- Rmb to point toes, hands parallel, look in front not down, land in contolled manner and like at 180 degrees not the other way, kick up straight, lunge forward not step, reach far, dont bend etc)

2. JUMPS! Toe touch, wah all like star jumps, pretty stars ah.
-Rmb the clasp in front of you, pull yourself up, then like swing down hard and snap the highest point.

3. The timing for the carthweel for the 3 guys(kc, gerald,jr),
- What count to go down etc.

4. Memorise the cheer and the motions, keep running through routine timing + POSITION in head

5. Dance
-SHARP AND NEAT,ENERGYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!




Okay thats all that i can think of right now. We can do this! Together we are daring spirited and passionate! Wusasa! Lets go! Okay whatever bye hahah.
