hello knights!

after 4.5 hrs of meeting ytd, here is what each of us have to do for CCA Walkabout.
so, in preparation for recruitment we have to do the following stuff:

1. burn a CD of videos and pictures --- Jaime (by 30/1, fri)

2. make name cards --- Chloe (printed by 30/1, fri, cut by 2/2, mon)

3. print trials sign-up list --- Serene (by 2/2,mon)

4. make 2 huge gigantic dice that measures 3by3 tiles(the tiles outside LT5) --- the guys ("skeleton" of dice by 23/1, fri and decorate by 30/1, fri)

5. print words for dice --- Jaime (by 30/1, fri)

6. standing board/notice board --- overall i/c: Charlene (overall set-up by 2/2, mon)

things on standing board:
- photos --- Charlene to develop
- fun facts n quotes --- Wenyi
- history (same as on open hse brochure) --- junyang

okay, so far so good...
